Senate Bill No. 272
(Government Code Section 6270.5)
SB No. 272 requires local agencies to create a catalog of its enterprise systems and have it publicly available upon request and posted on their website. The catalog is required to disclose information such as:
- the system vendor
- product
- purpose
- frequency of collection
- how frequently the data is collected
